The founder William Piltz started Master Builders Construction in 2009 after working in the trades for over 15 years. It all started back in 1992 at

Spanaway Lake High School building school portables in Mr. Bakers Wood Shop. After spending about 8 years in the trades he started working for local

Home Builders as an assistant superintendent and worked his way up to running full residential home developments. When the marked crashed in 2008 builders stop building so he started his own remodeling company. Now him and his teams of skilled craftsmen take pride in remodeling homes across the Pierce County, South King and North Thursday counties.

If you're looking for fair and honest pricing for your remodel, home addition, basement renovation, garage conversion or custom home here is what you can expect.

1. A no obligation consultation from the owner William Piltz "Bill".

2. A detailed estimate breaking down labor and materials for your entire project including permit and or planning and or design services.

3. If you choose to save the money and not use design services, we will walk you through the selection phase.

4. After the design or selection phase you will receive a realistic bid that reflects the actual cost of your selections.

5. Your project will be scheduled according to material arrival.

6. On the first day work we introduce you to your remodeling crew leader and helpers.

7. Your floors will be covered to the work area the work area will be masked off for dust control.

8. Clean job sites daily.

9. We will communicate and coordinate with you through the entire project to ensure we are delivering exactly what you are looking for.

10. If you request a change or there is a surprise during the project, you will receive a change order before any changes are made.

11. Your project will be completed as quickly as possible, but we will not sacrifice quality.

12. Once the project is complete, we will clean everything up and leave you to enjoy your beautiful new project.

New materials are coming out every day so we don't make you select from a list of pre-priced fixtures or materials. We like to work with you to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for the best price possible. If you choose to have Master Builders Constuction NW LLC do your project and don't want full design services, we will send you a list of local materials suppliers where you can shop for that perfect tile or plumbing fixture.
